Advertising Staff Positions and Recruitment of Candidates. 1. The Employer shall determine if and when a vacancy will be filled. The Employer shall notify the Union if a vacancy is not to be filled and how the remaining work is to be accomplished. 2. Prior to advertising any new bargaining unit position, the job description and pay grade level for the vacant position shall be reviewed and/or developed by the College.
