Aerials Signs and Advertisements. Not without the prior written consent of the Lessor which consent should not be unreasonably withheld or delayed erect any pole mast or wire (whether in connection with telegraphic telephonic radio or television communication or otherwise) upon the Lease Premises. To pay for a suitable sign showing the Lessee’s trading name and business and to only affix or exhibit the sign at the designated space within the Lease Premises a placard sign notice fascia board or advertisement advertise in the Lessee’s business.
Aerials Signs and Advertisements. 5.6.1 Not to erect any pole mast or wire (whether in connection with telegraphic telephonic radio or television communication or otherwise) upon the Premises
5.6.2 Not to affix to or exhibit on the outside of the Premises or to or through any window of the Premises nor display anywhere on the Premises any placard sign notice facia board or advertisement except any such advertising the Tenants business and any permitted by virtue of any consent given by the Landlord pursuant to a covenant contained in this Lease
Aerials Signs and Advertisements. 18.1 The Tenant shall not erect display affix or exhibit on or to any part of the Demised Premises visible to the Common Area any signs lights flags advertisement notice pole mast wire radio or television aerial or antenna or any loudspeakers or similar devices at the Demised Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given on such terms and conditions as the Landlord deems fit and provided always that the Tenant shall at its cost obtain all necessary approvals from the competent authorities. Any consent given may at any time be withdrawn as the Landlord may determine having regard to the interest of the Building as a whole and/or the interest of other tenant's occupiers and persons lawfully therein.
18.2 The Landlord shall be entitled to determine the hours of illumination of signs in accordance with the Business Hours as from time to time prescribed by the Landlord.
Aerials Signs and Advertisements. 3.10.1 The Tenant shall not erect or display on the exterior of the Premises, or in the windows of the Premises so as to be visible from outside, any flag, aerial, mast, satellite dish, advertisement, television, moving display, poster, notice or other sign or thing, without the Landlord's Consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) as to its size, style and position.
3.10.2 The Tenant shall display and maintain all notices which the Landlord may from time to time require acting reasonably to be displayed at the Premises.
Aerials Signs and Advertisements. 4.7.1 Not to erect any pole, mast, satellite dish, or wire (whether in connection with telegraphic, telephonic, radio, or television communication or otherwise) upon the Property.
4.7.2 Not to fix to or exhibit anything outside any building on the Property or in any window of any building (save for existing air conditioning vents).
4.7.3 Not to display anywhere on the Property any placard, sign, notice, fascia board or advertisement except:
(a) one sign, of a reasonable size on the exterior of the Property (bearing the Tenant’s trade or business name) in a position and format previously approved by the Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld); and
(b) interior signs not visible from outside the Property.
4.7.4 To keep any permitted sign in good condition and to replace it as soon as possible after any change in the identity of the Tenant or any change of the Tenant’s trade or business name (subject to the Landlord’s approval being first obtained in accordance with the preceding sub-clause in respect of any replacement sign which is not in materially the same form as the sign it replaces).

(a) Not to install any pole mast wire aerial dish satellite dish or screen (whether in connection with telephonic radio or television communication or otherwise) outside the Premises and intended to serve the Premises otherwise than in accordance with plans and specifications first approved in writing by the Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) and in the area within the Building designated by the Landlord for that purpose and subject to consent to such installation having previously been obtained from the relevant competent authority
(b) Not to fix to or exhibit or display on the outside of or to or through any window of the Premises or anywhere on the Premises so as to be visible from outside the Premises any placard sign notice fascia board name-plate or advertisement unless:
(i) it serves no other purpose than to indicate the name and business of the Tenant and any occupier and is located on the entrance door to the Premises and
(ii) the written approval of the Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) as to size design specification and location and the necessary consents and licences from the relevant competent authority have first been obtained

(a) Not to install any additional pole mast wire aerial dish or screen nor additional equipment on any existing pole mast wire aerial (whether in connection with telephonic radio or television communication or otherwise) upon the Premises without consent to such installation having previously been obtained from the relevant competent authority and (if applicable) subject to clause 4.5
(b) Not to fix to or exhibit or display on the outside of or to or through any window of the Premises or anywhere on the Premises any:
(i) advertising hoarding without first obtaining the Landlord's consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and any requisite planning permission
(ii) any signs placards notices posters or advertisements except those which are reasonably required in connection with the business carried on at the Premises
(c) The Landlord hereby consents to any such items as are referred to in clauses 4.6(a) and 4.6(b) which are in existence at the Premises as at the date of this Lease

Not at any time to affix or exhibit or permit or suffer to be affixed or exhibited to or upon any part of the exterior of the Premises or on the inside surface of any windows of the Premises or elsewhere in the Building any placard poster sign signboard notice or advertisement except as permitted by the Regulations set out in the Fourth Schedule substituted therefor by the Superior Landlord for the good management and reputation of the said Building

3.2 Not to affix or to exhibit on the outside of the Building or to or through any window of the Premises or Building any placard sign notice fascia board or advertisement except the approved sign referred to in paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule.
3.3 At all times to display and maintain a suitable sign showing the Tenant's trading name and business of a size and kind first approved by the Surveyor (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and at a point with the Building to be reasonably specified in writing by him.

At all times to display and maintain a suitable sign showing the Tenant’s trading name of a size and kind and location approved by the Landlord but otherwise not to affix to or exhibit in on or from the Premises so as to be visible from outside the Premises any aerial placard sign notice fascia board or advertisement except any sign permitted by virtue of any consent given by the Landlord pursuant to a covenant in this Lease
