Affirmative Action and Diversity Committee/Bar Exam Failure. The Union recognizes that the Employer has made meaningful progress in recent years with regard to increasing and improving employment and promotional opportunities for women and minority employees. To continue and enhance this progress, the parties shall establish an Affirmative Action and Diversity Committee comprised of three (3) members designated by each party. The committee shall meet quarterly or more frequently as determined by the committee to address matters of mutual concern with regard to affirmative action, hiring and retention of women and minority employees and make such recommendations as it deems appropriate. This committee shall develop and recommend an Affirmative Action Plan to the Executive Director for adoption on or before March 1, 1994. The committee shall report to the Executive Director.
