After Conveyance of Property. After Closing, during construction of the Project, and until the Certificate of Completion is issued for the Project, Developer’s work shall, upon reasonable notice, be accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by representatives of PDC. PDC agrees not to interfere with the work occurring on the Property.

After Conveyance of Property. Except with regard to regulatory inspections and investigations, after conveying the Property to Developer during construction of the Project, and until a final Certificate of Occupancy is issued, Developer’s work shall, upon reasonable notice, be accessible periodically and at reasonable times for inspection by representatives of the City. Except as related to its regulatory authority, City agrees not to interfere with the work occurring on the Property. In the event that City or its representatives enter the Property pursuant to this Section 3.9.2, they shall do so at their own risk and shall comply with all construction site rules established by Developer and Developer’s contractors. In addition, City shall not be entitled to indemnification for any losses, liability or injury arising in connection with entry to the Property during construction, except to the extent the same arises out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Developer.
After Conveyance of Property. After conveyance of the Property to DOSO and during construction of the Project, and until a Certificate of Completion is issued, each Party’s work shall, upon 48 hours prior notice, be accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by representatives of the other Party. Each Party’s representatives shall, at the other Party’s option, be accompanied by a representative of the other Party. Owner shall not interfere with the work occurring on the Property by DOSO. By exercising any rights of access under this Section, no Party shall have any responsibility to enforce any labor or safety-related work rules or conditions arising from the other Party’s work, and Owner shall not exercise any control over DOSO’s construction of the Project.

  • Conveyance of Property In exchange for the payment of both the Purchase Price and the Buyer’s Premium in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 above, Oceaneering shall issue to Buyer a Xxxx of Sale in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2 and incorporated herein for all purposes, whereby Seller shall TRANSFER, CONVEY, SELL, DELIVER and ASSIGN to Buyer the Property in its present condition and location, free and clear of all liens, claims and other encumbrances.
