After-Hours Fees. If Client, Client’s guests, or Client’s vendors occupy the facility past the end of the rental period, Client will be charged $500 per hour or any part of an hour. Any After-Hours Fees will be withheld from the refund of the deposit, and Client will be invoiced for any additional fees in excess of the deposit in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
