After the completion of one year of service, employees in continuing or term appointments Sample Clauses

After the completion of one year of service, employees in continuing or term appointments are eligible to receive full salary while absent from work on sick leave to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) working days, which represents the waiting period for LTDI benefits for any one illness. If an employee is absent from work due to illness on the date of completion of one years service, the sick leave bank of 130 days will not be available until the employee resumes full time employment following the illness in question.
