The Executive shall be entitled to payment of his Full Salary for periods in which the Executive is called for reserve military service, provided that the Executive obtains for the Company approval to receive the payments due from the Social Security Institute.
Any Salary Reduction shall be memorialized in a demand promissory note, accruing interest in the amount of ten (10%) per annum, executed by Employer , jointly and severally, and issued no later than ten days following any quarter during which Executive receives less than his Full Salary.
