Age Limitation. 3.3.1 Participation as an Affiliate in the WHAP is only permitted if the proposed Affiliate is of the legal age for gaming determined by any Relevant Law in the proposed Affiliate’s jurisdiction. In any event and under any circumstances, participation in the WHAP shall not be permitted if the proposed Affiliate is under 21 years of age.
3.3.2 The Operator reserves the right to obtain from the Affiliate appropriate identification that will provide evidence of its age and its account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided to the Operator.
3.3.3 The Affiliate will not by itself, nor will it allow, assist or encourage others to, market and promote the WHAP or any of the Sites, directly or indirectly, to persons that are less than 21 years of age or such higher age as may apply as the legal age for gaming in the jurisdiction that it is targeting or operating within, or develop or implement marketing and promotion strategies in respect thereof.
Age Limitation. No person shall serve as a director of the Corporation following the annual meeting of stockholders after attaining age 72; provided, that on an exceptional basis, the Board of Directors may extend a director’s term for a limited period.
Age Limitation. (a) Tenant shall exercise all reasonable care to insure that no person under the age of twenty-one (21), unless otherwise allowed under applicable law, shall:
(i) play, or be allowed to play, any licensed game or Gaming Devices at the Casino;
(ii) loiter, or be permitted to loiter, where any licensed game is conducted at the Casino;
(iii) be employed as a gaming employee or operator of Gaming Devices at the Casino; and
(iv) serve, be served or be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages at the Casino.
(b) In order to accomplish the requirements of Section 19.8(a) of this Lease, Tenant shall:
(i) draft and implement policies and procedures to satisfy the requirements, including policies pertaining to specific documents relating to proof of age;
(ii) develop and establish measures to implement policies and procedures with respect to the patronization of businesses on the Second Floor of the Casino and within the portions of the Hotel Project which are located upon the Leased Premises by persons under the age of twenty-one (21); and
(iii) provide adequate security to enforce these policies and procedures.
Age Limitation. No person shall be eligible for election or appointment to the board of directors if such person is under twenty-one (21) or over seventy-two (72) years of age at the time of his or her election or appointment. No director shall serve beyond the annual meeting of shareholders immediately following his or her seventy-second (72nd) birthday. This limitation shall not apply to a person serving as an advisory director or a director emeritus. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a director may, at the request of the Nominating Committee and if ratified by the Board, continue to serve as a director after the annual meeting of shareholders immediately following his or her seventy-second (72nd) birthday if (i) he or she was appointed to the board of directors in connection with a corporate acquisition, consolidation, or merger and (ii) the Nominating Committee and Board determine that his or her continued service would be of substantial benefit to the Corporation in recognizing the benefit of such acquisition, consolidation or merger. The continuation of such person’s service as a director shall be for such period as the Nominating Committee, subject to the approval of the Board, shall determine.
Age Limitation. 8.1 You can only participate in our Affiliate Program if You are of the legal age determined by any applicable laws in the jurisdiction where You provide the affiliate services or if You are not incapacitated or interdicted in any jurisdiction. In any event and under any circumstances, You cannot participate in our Affiliate Program if You are under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from You and your account in the Affiliate Program may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided to Us.
8.2 You will not by yourself, nor will You allow, assist or encourage others to, market and promote the Affiliate Program or any of the Sites, directly or indirectly, to persons that are less than 18 years of age or such higher age as may apply in the jurisdiction that You are targeting, or develop or implement marketing and promotion strategies in respect thereof. You will make sure that the sites that You use in providing the services to Us under the Contract have accordingly implemented age check mechanisms as to prevent any access of minors to such sites.
Age Limitation. No amount may be deferred under this Plan for or after the calendar year in which the participant attains age 84½. Notwithstanding Section 7, all amounts under this Plan must be distributed by the end of the calendar year in which the participant attains age 85½.
Age Limitation. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibition floor at any time.
