Comply with Laws and Regulations. The Tenant will promptly comply with and conform to the requirements of every applicable law, bylaw, regulation ordinance and order at any time or from time to time in force affecting the Tenant, the Subleased Premises, the Permitted Use, the Project or the machinery, equipment and other facilities located in the Subleased Premises.

The Board shall comply promptly at its expense with all laws, by-laws, or regulations of any and all federal, provincial, municipal and other lawful authorities, which may be applicable to the Board, to the construction of the Facility, to the manner of use or operation of the Development, or the making by the Board of any repairs, alterations, changes or improvements to the Development. Notwithstanding the foregoing, recognizing that the County is a municipal authority, the County shall not impose any laws, by- laws, or regulations which affect the Board’s rights or obligations under this Agreement other than those laws, by-laws, or regulations of general application; provided that the County shall be entitled to designate any Leased Lands transferred to the Board as School Reserve.
Comply with Laws and Regulations. CIGNA shall, and CIGNA shall use best efforts to ensure that its employees, agents and Affiliates shall, comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its Medicare business, including, but not limited to, all Medicare Laws and Regulations.

The Society shall comply promptly at its expense with all laws, bylaws, ordinances, regulations, requirements and recommendations of any and all federal, provincial, civic, municipal and other lawful authorities, which may be applicable to the Society, to the Development, to the manner of use or operation of the Development, or the making by the Society of any repairs, alterations, changes or improvements to the Development.
