Common use of Agenda and Minutes Clause in Contracts

Agenda and Minutes. Each Party shall have the right to propose agenda items and shall provide all appropriate information with respect to such proposed agenda items in advance of each JSC meeting. Each co-chairperson of the JSC, on an alternating basis, shall prepare and circulate to all members of the JSC for review draft minutes of each JSC meeting within thirty (30) days after such meeting. The Parties shall agree on the minutes of each meeting promptly, but in no event later than the next meeting of the JSC, provided that, if the Parties cannot agree as to the content of the minutes by the time of the next JSC meeting, such minutes shall be finalized to reflect any areas of disagreement. The minutes of each meeting of the JSC shall be Collaboration Information.
