Common use of Agendas Clause in Contracts

Agendas. 5.1 Agendas for meetings which will be developed between the NZRDA delegate(s) and the DHB and the documentation to support any proposal to be considered at the meeting will provided in writing to NZRDA and to the DHB two weeks in advance of the meeting. 5.2 The agreed agenda and proposal documentation can then be distributed to the meeting attendees one week before the meeting. 5.3 Adequate documentation and time to consider agenda items and supporting information must be provided as to any new proposal, sufficient to allow delegates and interested Resident Doctors to meet and discuss the proposal.
