Agreement Commencement and Duration. 2.1 This agreement is effective from the Effective Date for the Initial Term unless earlier terminated by either Party in writing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Following the Initial Term the Agreement will automatically renew for additional periods of the Renewal Term on a rolling basis subject to Termination by either party in accordance to Clause 9.
