Agreement to Manage. City hereby appoints and retains Troon, and Xxxxx hereby accepts such appointment and retention to act as a consultant to City and as manager of the Golf Resort during the Term with full power and authority to carry out all responsibilities of Troon under this Agreement and otherwise upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth.
Agreement to Manage. Company hereby employs and appoints Manager as the sole and exclusive managing agent for the Company upon the terms herein contained. Manager hereby accepts the employment and appointment as the sole and exclusive managing agent for the Company on the terms set forth herein, and agrees to furnish the services of its organization in connection therewith.
Agreement to Manage. Owner hereby appoints Manager, an independent contractor, as the sole and exclusive property manager and leasing agent for the Property upon the terms hereinafter set forth. Manager hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to furnish the services provided in this Agreement.

Engaging the Services of Manager: Owner hereby appoints Manager as Owner’s broker/agent and property manager, with full authority to engage in such activities or services as are identified within this Agreement. Manager shall not be required to perform any services which are not specifically identified in this Agreement, unless specifically required to do so by any law which supersedes this Agreement.

Agreement to Manage. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions ------------------- hereinafter set forth, the Company hereby retains the Manager, and the Manager hereby accepts such retention, as the manager of the Cable Systems, with full power and authority during the Term to carry out all responsibilities of the Manager under this Agreement.
(b) The Manager shall, subject to Section 3.1 and in accordance with all applicable laws, administrative enactments and franchise agreements and licenses, be responsible for the management and operation of the Cable Systems, including, but not limited to, (i) determination of policy, (ii) preparation and - -- filing of all materials with appropriate federal, state and local regulatory agencies or departments (including but not limited to the Federal Communications Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies having similar jurisdiction), (iii) hiring, supervision and dismissal of all --- personnel, (iv) day-to-day system operations and (v) payment of all financial -- - obligations and operating expenses relating to the Cable Systems. All such responsibilities shall be undertaken under the Company's continuing oversight, review, supervision and control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall retain unfettered use of all facilities and equipment of the Cable Systems and all cash or other assets received by the Manager in connection with the management and operation of the Cable Systems shall be the property of the Company, other than the Manager's compensation pursuant to Section 4.
Agreement to Manage. The City hereby appoints and retains Birdies, and Birdies hereby accepts such appointment and retention to act as consultant to City and as operator and manager of the Golf Facility during the Term with full power and authority to carry out, at Birdies’ sole cost and expense, all responsibilities of Birdies under this Agreement, and otherwise upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth.
Agreement to Manage. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, APSB hereby agrees to engage HLMSB to manage the Business Activity for a period of 7 years (the “Term”), commencing from 1 June 2016 (the “Commencement Date”) and expiring on 31 May 2023 (the “Expiry Date”), and subject to an option to extend the Term for a further period of 3 years from the Expiry Date, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the MA.
