Golf Facility definition

Golf Facility means a facility at which a GO Tournament or Event is being held, and includes any related Golf Course, food service facility or other amenity associated with such a facility.
Golf Facility means the golf facility described in Appendix B of the RFQ/RFP, issued by the City dated June 10, 2008.
Golf Facility means and refer to the real property owned by Declarant and operated as a golf course facility which shall include the golf course, the completed golf pro shop and clubhouse located at the golf course, driving range, putting green, parking facilities and all other attendant golf facilities.

More Definitions of Golf Facility

Golf Facility means a golf driving range or golf course (including, without limitation, "miniature" golf) consistent with the types of golf driving ranges or golf courses owned and operated by the Credit Parties on the date of this Agreement.
Golf Facility means a Golf course or facility which is a Member of NZ Golf as described in Rule 10 (Golf Facility).

Golf Facility shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Recital A. “Golf Facility Expenses” shall mean all costs and expenses incurred in the operation, management, and maintenance of the Golf Facility, including, but not limited to, (a) all expenditures incurred by Birdies in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; (b) the costs and expenses of re-ordering, restocking, maintaining, repairing and/or replacing Equipment and Supplies; (c) the costs and expenses of ordering/reordering foodstuffs and beverages for the Restaurant; and (d) all other expenses specifically identified as “Golf Facility Expenses” in this Agreement.
