Agreement to Pay Fees. The Original Participating Manufacturers will pay reasonable attorneys' fees to STATE Outside Counsel for their representation of the State of STATE in connection with the Action, as provided herein and subject to the CODE OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY of the American Bar Association. Nothing herein shall be construed to require the Original Participating Manufacturers to pay any attorneys' fees other than (i) a Liquidated Fee or a Fee Award and (ii) a Cost Statement, as provided herein, nor shall anything herein require the Original Participating Manufacturers to pay any Liquidated Fee, Fee Award or Cost Statement in connection with any litigation other than the Action.
Agreement to Pay Fees. Applicant hereby covenants and agrees to pay all charges and fees imposed by the Board in connection with the Joint Land Use Board Application filed contemporaneously herewith. Such fees include but are not limited to application fees, attorney review fees, engineer review fees, planner review fees, court stenographer fees, copy costs and postage. The Board will not sign plans or deeds and will not release signed plans or deeds until all such charges and fees have been paid in full. Notwithstanding the existence or terms of any partnership, joint venture, reimbursement or other agreement between the Applicant and one or more third parties, the individual or legal entity that signs this Agreement shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all fees chargeable to the Application filed contemporaneously herewith and to the project identified at the end of this Agreement.
Agreement to Pay Fees. Settling Defendants will pay reasonable attorneys' fees to Texas Counsel (as identified by the Attorney General pursuant to section 21 hereof) for their representation of the State of Texas in connection with the Action. The amount of such fees will be set by a panel of three independent arbitrators (the "Panel") whose decisions as to the amount of fees to be paid in connection with this Agreement ("Fee Award(s)") shall be final and not appealable. The procedures governing Settling Defendants' obligation to pay any such Fee Awards, including the procedures for making, and the timing of payments in satisfaction of, such Fee Awards shall be as provided herein.

The amount of such fees will be set by a panel of three independent arbitrators (the "Panel") whose decisions as to the amount of fees to be paid in connection with this Agreement ("Fee Award(s)") shall be final and not appealable. The procedures governing Settling Defendants' obligation to pay any such Fee Awards, including the procedures for making, and the timing and amounts of payments in satisfaction of, such Fee Awards shall be as provided herein.
Agreement to Pay Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent as and when due all fees required to be paid in accordance that certain letter agreement regarding fees, dated as of March 13, 2013, between Borrower and Administrative Agent.

The procedures governing Settling Defendants' obligation to pay the Mississippi Fee Award, including the procedures for making, and the timing of payments in satisfaction of, the Mississippi Fee Award, shall be as provided herein.
Agreement to Pay Fees. In exchange for receiving the Services described in this Agreement, You agree to pay us our Fees. You agree to prepay the Fees via cash, check, credit card or any other method as we request and agree. You acknowledge that MGDO does not participate in any health insurance plans, does not xxxx insurance, and MGDO fees are not be covered or reimbursable by Medicare or any other insurance.
Agreement to Pay Fees. When you register as a student of the University you agree that you will pay the tuition fees and other charges which are due in respect of your studies. By applying to study at the University and agreeing to these Conditions, you expressly agree to pay the additional costs of study, if any, which are not covered by the tuition fees, as set out below. You will be provided with information about those fees and charges, when they are due and how they may be paid, before you register. The fee you agree to pay is shown in the Registration Agreement.
