AHB Credentialing Requirements. During the term of this Agreement, Business shall ensure compliance by it and its Hearing Professionals with AHB’s credentialing and re‐ credentialing programs and requirements. Business shall maintain at all times, all licenses, certifications, and credentials specified under federal, state, and local law for Business and its Hearing Professionals. Business will make known to AHB all Hearing Professionals that may provide Covered Services to Patients and will ensure all such Professionals are fully credentialed by AHB no later than sixty (60) days after the Professional is made known to AHB. Covered Services performed by Hearing Professionals not fully credentialed within sixty (60) days of being made known to AHB may not be paid. Business shall provide proof of continuing education credits (“CEU”) if requested by AHB. Business shall provide to AHB annual evidence of license and certification renewal for Professionals.
