Certification Renewal. Teachers who are not working toward an approved master's must comply with the following:
Certification Renewal. Employees shall be granted time off, without loss of pay, to complete mandatory requirement for certification renewal that are necessary for continued District employment in their classification. Training conducted by the district for mandatory certifications will be provided during the employees’ paid time. At this time, the following bargaining classifications are impacted by this provision: 7218, 1930, 2615, 2616, 2630, 2634, 2656, 2672, 2674, and 3616. When additional classifications are added to the bargaining unit, they will be included in this if applicable.
Certification Renewal. At the completion of the certification period, the faculty member will submit a report outlining how they have met the outcomes defined on their plan. The report will be approved by the xxxx/direct supervisor. Final approval of the report is by the vocational director (Vice President of Instruction). The faculty member has the right to appeal the denial that they have met the outcomes defined in their plan according to the procedure outlined in the Professional Development Appeals Process.
Certification Renewal. Teachers will be reimbursed, by the district, the cost to renew their teaching certificate.
Certification Renewal. After a product has been successfully certified and is due for certification renewal, the A4L Community will send a renewal reminder notice by electronic mail to the Supplier at or about 60 calendar days but no less than 45 calendar days prior to the renewal due date.
Certification Renewal. Upon successful completion of required study to 27 renew the California Special Driver certificate, bus drivers will be 28 compensated for the hours of attendance and any registration or related 29 fees.
Certification Renewal. To renew your certification with the Governor's Office of Diversity Business Enterprise, business owners must complete a re- certification application located on the TN Diversity Software at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx not more than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of their original certification date.
Certification Renewal. NRCS certifications are in effect for a time period specified by NRCS in the Certification Agreement, not to ex- ceed 3 years and automatically expire
Certification Renewal. Registrant’s failure to comply with the Cetification renewal requirements specified in the Certification Policy (including the payment of all Fees specified therein in connection with renewal of Registrations) may result in removal of the District from the Certification Process and/or resicssion of any Certification previously awarded to such District at the sole discretion of EcoDistricts.
Certification Renewal. Practitioners who wish to renew their certifications must submit an application for renewal within thirty (30) days of the end of the Certification Term. ELSO may, in its sole discretion, choose to grant or withhold renewal for any reason. If a Practitioner in the Program has not renewed his or her certification within thirty (30) days after the end of the Certification Term, ELSO may, in its sole discretion, require such Practitioner to reapply for the Program pursuant to some or all of the steps found in Sections 2.1 through 2.3 of this Agreement.
