Aircraft Airworthiness. Lessee agrees that the aircraft shall be kept airworthy at all times, except during periods for repair or maintenance not to exceed thirty (30) days. Upon written request by Lessee, Lessor, at its sole option, based on Lessee’s proof of progress towards restoration of airworthiness, may extend the period for maintenance or repairs for an additional period not to exceed sixty (60) days.

Aircraft Airworthiness. A Permitted Aircraft must maintain an airworthy status as defined in the T- Hangar Rules and Regulations.
