Alabama Customers. If We cancel this Agreement, We will mail the Subscriber a written notice at least five (5) days prior to the effective date of cancellation to the Subscriber’s last address listed in Our records. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. Prior notice is not required if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment of the Service Fee or a material misrepresentation by the Subscriber relating to the Covered Product or its use. If You cancel this Agreement, We may retain an administrative fee of up to twenty-five dollars ($25).
Alabama Customers. A 10% penalty per month shall be added to any refund that we fail to make within forty-five (45) days of your cancellation of this Agreement and request for a refund. This Agreement will not charge a deductible for services rendered.

If you are paying your Agreement via installment or monthly plan, and you cancel your agreement, for the purpose of determining your refund, if any, the purchase price you paid to date will be deemed the purchase price of this Agreement.
