Alcoholic Beverage Services. LESSEE is permitted to sell alcoholic beverages during the event at the FACILITY, provided that the following conditions are met. Alcoholic beverages shall be sold, distributed, and/or served by a Qualified Catering Service (28-A M.R.S.A. §1076), licensed by the State of Maine. Said catering service shall submit to both the State of Maine and the City of Portland City Clerk an Application for Catered Function by Qualified Catering Service and shall provide a copy of the approved Application for Catered Function to CITY. Said catering service shall obtain the insurance required in Section 16 of this Agreement, as well as liquor liability coverage in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury, death and/or property damage, naming the City of Portland as an additional insured from such claims. A copy of the certificate of insurance must be on file at the Administrative Offices. The certificate must provide thirty (30) days written notice to the CITY of termination of insurance from the insurance company or agent. The DIRECTOR shall prohibit the LESSEE or its licensed contractor access to the FACILITY, if the certificate is not on file.

Alcoholic Beverage Services. It is the policy of the golf course to serve alcohol in the responsible manner. Golf Course reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears under the age of 21 or in the sole opinion of the Golf Course Management, appears intoxicated. Please note that all alcoholic beverages served on the Premises must be provided by the Golf Course and dispensed by the Golf Course staff. All State, city and county Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules will be strictly enforced. For an additional fee, the Club can offer to secure cab service for any guest who is intoxicated.
Alcoholic Beverage Services. Guests at the Rooftop Deck shall be encouraged by Operator to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of the Rooftop Deck except for into or out of the Stadium.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.
