ALI Database Sample Clauses

ALI Database. 2.1 Where Xxxxxxx manages the ALI Database, information regarding the ALI Database is provided electronically at the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website). 2.2 Where Verizon manages the ALI Database, Verizon will: 2.2.1 store ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** end user data provided by ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** in the ALI Database; 2.2.2 provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** access to the ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** end user records in accordance with information contained in the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website); and 2.2.3 provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from ***CLEC Acronym TXT***. 2.3 Where Verizon manages the ALI Database, ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** will: 2.3.1 provide MSAG valid E-911 data for each of its end users for the initial loading of, and any and all updates to the ALI database; 2.3.2 utilize the appropriate Verizon electronic interface to update E-911 data in the ALI Database related its end users (and all such database information in the ALI Database shall conform to Verizon standards, which are provided at the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website)); 2.3.3 use its company ID on all end user records in accordance with NENA standards; 2.3.4 correct any errors that occur during the entry of E-911 data in the ALI database; and 2.3.5 enter E-911 data into the ALI Database in accordance with NENA standards for LNP. This includes, but is not limited to, using ***CLEC Acronym TXT***’s NENA ID to lock and unlock records and the posting of the ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** NENA ID to the ALI Database record where such locking and unlocking feature for E-911 records is available, or as defined by local standards. ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** is required to promptly unlock and migrate its E-911 records in accordance with NENA standards. In the event that ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** discontinues providing Telephone Exchange Service to any of its end users, it shall ensure that its E-911 records for such end users are unlocked in accordance with NENA standards. 2.4 In the event ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** uses an Agent to input its end user’s E- 911 data to the ALI Database through the appropriate Verizon electronic interface, ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** must provide a Letter of Authorization, in a form acceptable to Verizon, identif...
ALI Database. A database which stores information associated with end user customerstelephone numbers or shell records.
ALI Database. 2.1 For areas where DISH Wireless is the 9-1-1/E9-1-1 Service Provider and DISH Wireless manages the ALI Database, Frontier and DISH Wireless shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of Frontier End User data in the ALI Database. For areas where Frontier is the 9-1-1/E9-1-1 Service Provider and Frontier manages the ALI Database, Frontier and DISH Wireless shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of DISH Wireless Customer data in the ALI Database.
ALI Database. 2.1 Where Verizon manages the ALI Database, information regarding the ALI Database is provided electronically at the Verizon Global Wholesale website (formerly referred to as the Verizon Partner Solutions website). 2.2 Where Verizon manages the ALI Database, Verizon shall: 2.2.1 store XXX end user data provided by XXX in the ALI Database; 2.2.2 provide XXX access to the ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of XXX end user records in accordance with information contained in the Verizon Global Wholesale website (formerly referred to as the Verizon Partner Solutions website); and 2.2.3 provide XXX an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from XXX.
ALI Database. 2.1 Information regarding the ALI Database is provided at the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon Global Wholesale website) or at such other site with respect to which Verizon provides notice. 2.2 Verizon will: 2.2.1 store Emergency pANI records in the ALI Database. 2.2.2 provide Emergency access to the Verizon ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of Emergency pANI records in accordance with information contained in the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon Global Wholesale website) or at such other site with respect to which Verizon provides notice; and 2.2.3 provide Emergency an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from Emergency.
ALI Database. 2.1 Where Consolidated manages the ALI Database, Consolidated will: 2.1.1 Store Onvoy end user data provided by Xxxxx in the ALI Database; 2.1.2 Provide Onvoy access to the ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of Onvoy end user records; and 2.1.3 Provide Onvoy an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from Onvoy. 2.1.4 Provide Onvoy with an electronic file containing the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) annually for each county in which Consolidated manages the ALI database. 2.2 Where Consolidated manages the ALI Database, Onvoy will: 2.2.1 Provide MSAG valid E-911 data for each of its End Users or, at Onvoy’s option, shell records for the initial loading of, and any and all updates to the ALI database; 2.2.2 Utilize the appropriate Consolidated electronic interface to update E-911 data in the ALI Database related its End Users or, if Onvoy uses shell records, to add or delete any shell records (and all such database information in the ALI Database shall conform to Consolidated standards; 2.2.3 Use its company ID on all ALI database records in accordance with NENA standards; 2.2.4 Correct any errors that occur during the entry of E-911 data in the ALI database; and 2.2.5 Enter E-911 data into the ALI Database in accordance with NENA standards for LNP. This includes, but is not limited to, using Onvoy’s NENA ID to lock and unlock records and the posting of the Onvoy NENA ID to the ALI Database record where such locking and unlocking feature for E-911 records is available, or as defined by local standards. Onvoy is required to promptly unlock and migrate its E-911 End User records in accordance with NENA standards. In the event that Onvoy discontinues providing Telephone Exchange Service to any of its End Users, it shall ensure that its E-911 records for such End Users are unlocked in accordance with NENA standards.
ALI Database. MSAG is updated, changed or revised from time-to-time, any updates, changes and revisions to the MSAG. For areas where Intrado is the 911/E-911 Service Provider and Intrado manages the ALI Database, Verizon and Intrado shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of Verizon End User data in the ALI Database. For areas where Verizon is the 911/E-911 Service Provider and Verizon manages the ALI Database, Verizon and Intrado shall establish mutually acceptable arrangements and procedures for inclusion of Intrado Customer data in the ALI Database.
ALI Database. 2.1 Information regarding the ALI Database is provided at the Frontier North Central website or at such other site with respect to which Frontier provides notice. 2.2 Frontier will: 2.2.1 store AT&T Mobility pANI records in the ALI Database.
ALI Database. 2.1 Information regarding the ALI Database is provided at the Verizon Partner Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website) or at such other site with respect to which Verizon provides notice. 2.2 Verizon will: 2.2.1 store Denali pANI records in the ALI Database. 2.2.2 provide Denali access to the Verizon ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of Denali pANI records in accordance with information contained in the Verizon Partners Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website) or at such other site with respect to which Verizon provides notice; and 2.2.3 provide Denali an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from Denali. 2.3 Denali will: 2.3.1 provide the MSAG valid E-911 data for the initial loading of, and any and all updates to, Denali pANI records in the ALI Database; 2.3.2 utilize the appropriate Verizon electronic interface to update its pANI records (and database information in the ALI Database shall conform to Verizon standards, which are provided at the Verizon Partners Solutions website (formerly referred to as the Verizon wholesale website) or at such other site with respect to which Verizon provides notice); 2.3.3 use its company ID on all Denali pANI records in accordance with NENA standards; 2.3.4 correct any errors that occur during the entry of E-911 data and pANI records in the ALI Database. 2.4 In the event Denali uses an Agent to input its pANI records to the ALI Database through the appropriate Verizon electronic interface, Denali must provide a Letter of Authorization, in a form acceptable to Verizon, identifying and authorizing its Agent.
ALI Database. 2.1 Where Frontier manages the ALI Database, information regarding the ALI Database is provided electronically at Frontier’s Wholesale website. 2.2 Where Frontier manages the ALI Database, Frontier shall: 2.2.1 store Onvoy end user data provided by Onvoy in the ALI Database; 2.2.2 provide Onvoy access to the ALI Database for the initial loading and updating of Onvoy end user records in accordance with information contained in Frontier’s Wholesale website; and 2.2.3 provide Onvoy an error and status report based on updates to the ALI Database received from Onvoy. 2.3 Where Frontier manages the ALI Database, Onvoy shall: 2.3.1 provide MSAG valid E9-1-1 data for each of its end users for the initial loading of, and any and all updates to the ALI database;
