Common use of Allocated Days Off (ADO Clause in Contracts

Allocated Days Off (ADO. (a) A full-time employee whose ordinary hours of work are arranged in accordance with sub-clause 15.2(b)(iii) shall be entitled to an ADO in each cycle of 28 days . The ordinary hours of work on each of those days shall be arranged to include a proportion of one hour on the basis of 0.4 of one hour for each 8-hour shift worked which shall accumulate towards the employee’s allocated day off duty on pay.
