Allowance for Jury or Witness Duty. 9.7 An employee who is called for jury service or subpoenaed as a witness shall be excused from work without deduction from salary for the days on which he/she serves. Service, as used herein, includes required reporting for jury or witness duty when summoned, whether or not he/she is used. The employee will present proof that he/she did serve or report as a juror or was subpoenaed and reported as a witness.
