Common use of Allowance for Limitation of Work Clause in Contracts

Allowance for Limitation of Work. (a) If any employee reports for work at his/her regularly scheduled reporting time and no work is provided, he/she shall receive four (4) hours pay at straight time for so reporting, providing that such employee had not been notified twelve (12) hours or more prior to his/her regularly scheduled reporting time that he/she should not report for work.
