Alternative Formats of Written Materials. In connection with the delivery of services, Subcontractor shall: Make available to a Client, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s, the County’s or the Oregon Health Authority’s request, any and all written materials in alternate, if appropriate, formats as required by Oregon Health Authority administrative rules or by Oregon Health Authority’s written policies made available to Subcontractor. Make available to a Client, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s, County’s or the Oregon Health Authority’s request, any and all written materials in the prevalent non-English languages in the area served by Subcontractor. Make available to a Client, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s, County’s or the Oregon Health Authority’s request, oral interpretation services in all non-English languages in the area served by Subcontractor. Make available to a Client with hearing impairments, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s, LPHA’s or the Oregon Health Authority’s request, sign language interpretation services and telephone communications access services. For purposes of the foregoing, “written materials” includes, without limitation, all written materials created by LPHA in connection with the Services and all Subcontracts related to this Agreement. The LPHA may develop its own forms and materials and with such forms and materials the LPHA shall be responsible for making them available to an LPHA Client, without charge to the LPHA Client or OHA, in the prevalent non-English language. OHA shall be responsible for making its forms and materials available, without charge to the LPHA Client or LPHA, in the prevalent non-English language.

OHA shall be responsible for making its forms and materials available, without charge to the Client or Contractor, in the prevalent non-English language(s) within the Contractor’s service area.

Make available to a Client, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s or Department’s request, any and all written materials in the prevalent non-English languages in LPHA’s service area. c. Make available to a Client, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s or Department’s request, oral interpretation services in all non-English languages in LPHA’s service area. d. Make available to a Client with hearing impairment, without charge to the Client, upon the Client’s or Department’s request, sign language interpretation services and telephone communications access services.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) a current List; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.

  • Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material.   • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.

  • Distribution of Offering Materials The Fund has not distributed and, prior to the later to occur of (A) the Closing Time and (B) completion of the distribution of the Securities, will not distribute any offering material in connection with the offering and sale of the Securities other than the Registration Statement, each preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus, the Statutory Prospectus, the General Disclosure Package, the Rule 482 Statement, if any, or the sales materials.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery. (b) During the term of this Agreement, the Manager agrees to furnish the Sub-Adviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, or Marketing Materials prepared for distribution to shareholders of each Series, or the public that refer to the Sub-Adviser in any way, prior to the use thereof, and the Manager shall not use any such materials if the Sub-Adviser reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. The Sub-Adviser’s right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients. The Manager agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that materials prepared by its employees or agents or its affiliates that refer to the Sub-Adviser or its clients in any way are consistent with those materials previously approved by the Sub-Adviser as referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Sub-Adviser by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
