AMAPCEO. in its sole discretion, may provide overtime pay instead of time off in lieu. In such cases, employees will receive one hour of pay at straight time for each hour of overtime worked up to 44 hours per week, and one and one half (1.5) hours of straight time pay for each hour of overtime worked in excess of 44 hours per week and for each hour of overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday if required by AMAPCEO to do so. Overtime pay is not considered pensionable earnings.
