AMAPCEO. agrees to allow the bargaining unit employees from the Union's negotiating committee time off work without loss of regular straight time pay or credits for the time spent in direct negotiations with AMAPCEO where the employee would otherwise have been required to work on that day. Employees shall not be entitled to overtime pay or credits as a result of time spent in negotiations outside of their regular working hours.
