Common use of Amendment of Reduction Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Reduction. At any time after the Designation Notice the Employer may reduce the number of employees to be laid-off by providing notice to the Association, provided however, the reduction shall not effect the time periods specified in this Article which shall continue to be measured from the Designation Notice. The Employer shall have the right to delay the Effective Date of the personnel reduction for up to sixty (60) days after the date specified in the Designation Notice.
