Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits. Those certain Schedules and Exhibits attached as Exhibit B to this Amendment shall replace the corresponding Schedules and Exhibits to the Credit Agreement. All other Schedules and Exhibits to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.
Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits. Schedules 1.1(c) and 6.15 attached hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively, shall be added to the Amended Credit Agreement. All other Schedules and Exhibits to the Existing Credit Agreement, shall not be modified or otherwise affected by this Amendment, except as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Credit Agreement.
Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits. Exhibit "V" to the Agreement (No Default Certificate) is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment. ARTICLE III.

All other Schedules and Exhibits to the Existing Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected by this Amendment, except as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Credit Agreement.

Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits. (a) Exhibit B is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on Exhibit B to this Second Amendment.

The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding a new Schedule 1.1(d) (AS&E Cost Savings and Synergies Add-Backs) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C. Schedule 6.15 (Permitted Reorganization) to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the entry set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto to the end of such Schedule. All other Schedules and Exhibits to the Existing Credit Agreement, shall not be modified or otherwise affected by this Amendment, except as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Credit Agreement.
