Americans with Disabilities. 41 The Association agrees with and supports the concept of accommodation obligations under the 42 provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act; therefore, the parties mutually agree to use their best 43 efforts to ensure that this agreement will not be in conflict with or inconsistent with the District's and 44 Association's responsibilities to accommodation obligations under the provisions of the American with 45 Disabilities Act.
