Ammunition and Explosives. Aim This Annex will describe procedures peculiar to the acquisition of Class 5 by SN forces on HN territory. Scope SN will declare any ammunition and explosives that will be brought to Portugal and HB18 Exercise in accordance with Portuguese regulations. POC for questions regarding export/import of ammunition and explosives should be addressed to PTAF AC/A4. Maj Xxxx Xxxxx (CA/A4); Telf: 00 000 00 000 0000; email: xx_x0@xxxx.xx Assumptions There will be live ammunition used under HB18 Exercise. SN will bring ammunition to and from Portugal. Procedures HN will make available suitable storage and assembly facility for ammunition and weapons provided by SN. The Storage will be in accordance with national HN regulations and licensing. The HN will provide available transportation assistance in conveying weapons/ammunitions from transport aircraft parking to storage sites back. The request for transportation from the storage site to the operational zone and back is the responsibility of SN. The user (SN) will provide all required loading equipment on to aircraft. Whenever disposal of malfunctioning ammunition is required, organisational authority lies with the HN, in assistance with the respective SN expert support.

  • Pesticide Prohibition Tenant shall comply with the provisions of Section 308 of Chapter 3 of the San Francisco Environment Code (the “Pesticide Ordinance”) which (i) prohibit the use of certain pesticides on City property, (ii) require the posting of certain notices and the maintenance of certain records regarding pesticide usage and (iii) require Tenant to submit to the Airport an integrated pest management (“IPM”) plan that (a) lists, to the extent reasonably possible, the types and estimated quantities of pesticides that Tenant may need to apply to the Premises during the terms of this Lease,

  • Pesticides In accordance with Section 17-1209 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that the Contractor or any Subcontractor applies pesticides to any property owned or leased by the City, the Contractor and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Code.

  • TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.

  • Chemicals All chemicals are provided by Xxxxxxxx Pools & Spas at additional costs per the agreement. These include, but are not limited to, sanitizer, balancing chemicals, algaecide, & cleaners. 4.
