Ammunition. The City will provide an adequate amount of ammunition per month as determined by the Sheriff, for each member of the bargaining unit to practice in order to qualify.
Ammunition. 41.1: Fresh ammunition shall be furnished annually to all employees carrying sidearms.
Ammunition. A. Officers covered by this Agreement shall be provided with ammunition appropriate to their weapon and consistent with Department policy which will be of the best possible quality available for Police purposes. Employees shall, upon request, be issued two (2) months of their twelve (12)-month allotment of practice ammunition during any sixty (60)-day period, and shall use all practice ammunition at the range and return the brass to the range office at the conclusion of the practice. The Commander of Training has the discretion to issue employees additional practice ammunition.

Ammunition. The Employer shall supply all ammunition for all firearms trainings, including practice ranges. The Employer may require up to three (3) practice ranges per year but shall offer at least two (2) practice ranges per year for all Unit Employees.

Ammunition. The District will provide sworn employees one hundred (100) rounds of ammunition per year for all approved firearms, on or before September 1st. The 100 rounds are in addition to the replacement rounds provided at Department range qualifications. Any requests for additional rounds must be made in writing and approved by the Chief of Police or designee.
Ammunition. The Employer agrees to continue its prior practices regarding supplying ammunition and pistol qualification which includes providing fresh factory duty ammunition in the even- numbered years beginning with the summer of 2004.
Ammunition. As part of the continuing effort by the Employer and the Union to maintain the highest of professional standards in service to the public and to maintain an excellent level of proficiency in the use of firearms, there will be provided upon request ammunition for training qualification by the Employer, as determined by the Sheriff to each employee for training purposes; provided, however, that prior to the receipt of such ammunition, it shall be the obligation of the officer to turn in the spent brass from his/her previous supply of ammunition. Such ammunition to be used only at a range authorized by the Employer.
