AMOUNT OF STIPEND. Effective upon ratification of the 2021-2022 collective bargaining agreement a Paraprofessional assigned as specified in subsection 2.c., below, shall receive, in addition to the compensation which she/he is entitled to under Article V of this Agreement, a monthly stipend of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), for a total of not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for the school year.

AMOUNT OF STIPEND. For the 2007-08 school year, a paraprofessional assigned as specified in subsection 2, below, shall receive, in addition to the compensation which she/he is entitled to under Article V of this Agreement, a monthly stipend of One Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($120.00), for a total of not more than One Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) for the school year. For the 2008-09 school year, the monthly stipend shall be One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars and Forty Cents ($125.40), for a total of not more than One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty- Four Dollars ($1,254.00) for the school year.

  • Amount of Sick Leave (a) Full-time Employees - Full-time employees shall accumulate sick pay credits at the rate of one and a half (1-1/2) days per month for each calendar month of service up to a maximum credit of 240 days. The Parties agree that full-time employees will not accumulate sick leave credits during the separation period during July and August.

Where an employee is granted total maternity leave under Articles 21.1(a) and 21.1(f) of greater than fifty-two (52) weeks, the employee shall not be entitled to parental leave under Article 21.2.

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:
