Common use of An employee required to wear Clause in Contracts

An employee required to wear. prescription glasses shall wear safety approved prescription glasses and shall be reimbursed by the Employer half the actual cost of the lens and frames for one pair of such glasses during two year terms beginning with the signing date of this Agreement regardless of Blue Cross payments. The total reimbursement by the Employer and Blue Cross shall not exceed the actual cost of the glasses.
