Common use of Animal Care & Welfare Inspections Clause in Contracts

Animal Care & Welfare Inspections. AMC will promptly forward to Pfizer copies of any inspection findings or notices that AMC receives from AAALAC International or any regulatory agency in relation to the animal care and use program at AMC’s facilities that occurs at any time during the term of this Agreement.
