Anniversary Date - Transition Year. Where an employee’s anniversary date falls after June 30 and said anniversary occurs in the employee’s transition year whereby the employee would move to the next level of vacation entitlement, the employee shall not be required to wait until the following June 30 to receive additional vacation, and instead, said employee shall receive increased vacation as follows: Date of Anniversary falls in (quarter): Salaried Employees Additional Days Hourly Employees Additional % First (July, Aug., Sept.) 4 1.6% Second (Oct., Nov., Dec.) 3 1.2% Third (Jan., Feb., March) 2 0.8% Fourth (April, May, June) 1 0.4%
