The Evaluator shall provide the Educator Nurse with written feedback electronic feedback, with notice by e-mail, within 5 school days of the post-observation conference. For any standard where the EducatorNurse’s practice was found to be unsatisfactory or needs improvement, the feedback must: o : a. Describe the basis for the Evaluator’s judgment. o . b. Describe actions the Educator should Nurse must take to improve his/her performance. o . c. Identify support and/or resources the Educator Nurse may use in his/her improvement. o . d. State that the Educator Nurse is responsible for addressing the need for improvement. ii) No other observations may take place until the day after the feedback has been provided. iii) An observation which may result in disciplinary action shall be brought to the immediate attention of the Nurse and the Evaluator will schedule a post observation conference within five school days where both the Nurse, the evaluator and an AEA representative can be present. The Nurse shall be given a written document that summarizes the issue, the action(s) to be taken to correct it, and a time frame for completion of such actions. Within 5 school days of receipt of the written feedbackobservation, the Evaluator and Educator Nurse shall meet for a post- post-observation conference. This timeframe may be extended due to unavailability on the part of either the Evaluator or the EducatorNurse, but shall be rescheduled within 24 hours if possible. Teachers who question the validity of an observation report are entitled to another observation by a different evaluator chosen by the Superintendent. Such request must be made, in writing, within five (5) school days after the teacher’s receipt of the final observation report.

Announced Observations. All non-non PTS Educators in their first year in the school, on Developing Educator Plans and PTS educators on Directed or Improvement Plans, and other Educators at the discretion of the Evaluator Plans shall have at least one two (2) announced observation(s) conducted according to the following: • : i.
