Annual Appointment Limitation Quotas. During the 2018-19 academic year, (while the process and criteria for the foregoing are being refined), the number of Adjunct Faculty to be approved for Tier 2 appointment shall not be less than twenty (20), provided there are at least that many qualified applications. Thereafter the number of Adjunct Faculty to be approved annually for Tier 2 appointment shall not be less than thirty (30), provided there are at least that many qualified applications.

Annual Appointment Limitation Quotas. During the first academic year in which Adjunct Faculty become eligible to apply and applications are submitted for Tier 3 designation (while the process and criteria for the foregoing are being refined), the number of Adjunct Faculty to be approved for Tier 3 designation shall not be less than ten (10), provided there are at least that many qualified applications recommended by the Review Committee. Thereafter the number of Adjunct Faculty to be approved annually for Tier 3 appointment shall not be less than 50% of qualified and recommended applicants.
