Annual Leave Signup. Annual Leave signup shall be based on the authorized strength of the Team. A maximum number of two (2) Constables may take leave at any time, unless the authorized strength of a Team is eighteen (18) or more, in which case three (3) Constables or more may take leave. However, at any time a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) of Departmental members may take annual leave. It is understood that Departmental seniority shall govern the order in which members may sign up for leave.
