Annual Load and Resource Information Updates. The Network Customer shall provide the Transmission Provider with annual updates of Network Load and Network Resource forecasts and data regarding Network Resources that net out Network Load consistent with the data required in Specifications for Network Integration Transmission Service under Part III of the Tariff as per Section 29.2. The Network Customer also shall provide the Transmission Provider with timely written notice of material changes in any other information provided in its Application relating to the Network Customer’s Network Load, Network Resources, its transmission system or other aspects of its facilities or operations affecting the Transmission Provider’s ability to provide reliable service. For greater certainty of interpretation, compliance with this Section 31.6 shall not relieve a Network Customer from any obligations pursuant to Section 30.2 with respect to the designation of additional or increased Network Resources.

The Network Customer also shall provide the System Operator with timely written notice of material changes in any other information provided in its Application relating to the Network Customer's Network Load, Network Resources, its transmission system or other aspects of its facilities or operations affecting the Participants' ability to provide reliable service.
