Common use of Annual Physical Examination Clause in Contracts

Annual Physical Examination. The Bank or BCH shall pay or reimburse the Executive for up to five hundred dollars ($500) of the cost, if any, in excess of applicable insurance coverage specified in paragraph 13(c) of this Agreement for an annual physical examination conducted by a California licensed physician selected by the Executive, the results of which examination shall not be required to be disclosed to BCH or the Bank. Any such reimbursement shall be made upon presentation and approval of receipts, invoices or other appropriate evidence of such expense in accordance with the policies of the Bank or BCH.
