Antarctic service. An employee who serves for a complete year in Antarctica or its vicinity as part of, or with, an Australian expedition to Antarctica is entitled to an additional 20 days’ paid annual leave. Employees with more than 30 calendar days but less than a year of service will receive a pro rata entitlement.
