Common use of Anti-Fatigue Measures Clause in Contracts

Anti-Fatigue Measures. The subject of fatigue as it relates to the safety and health of an employee is a proper subject for the consideration of the Joint Labor-Management Committee as provided under Article 17 of this Agreement.
