ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. By accepting this order, Seller represents, covenants and warrants to and with Buyer that Seller and all subcontractors below Seller are in full compliance with the Anti-Kickback Act of 1986 (“The Act”). Seller further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buyer, its parent, and their respective directors, officers and employees from any violation of The Act by Seller or any subcontractors below Seller. All defined terms set forth in The Act apply to this clause.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. Whoever, by force, intimidation, or threat of procuring dismissal from employment, or by any other manner whatsoever induces any person employed in the construction, prosecution, completion or repair of any public building, public work, or building or work financed in whole or in part by loans or grants from the United States, to give up any part of the compensation to which he is entitled under his contract of employment, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. Professional certifies that it does, and shall, comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-kickback” Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR, Part 3). Professional shall report all suspected or reported violations to the Economic Development Administration.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. If this CONTRACT is for construction or repair work, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx "Anti-Kickback" Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 3). This Act provides that CONTRACTOR is prohibited from inducing, by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion, or repair of public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which he is otherwise entitled. The CONTRACTOR shall report all suspected or reported violations to HPD to report to NPS.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. The giving or receiving of kickbacks is absolutely prohibited. Seller warrants that neither it nor any of its employees, agents, or representatives have offered or given any gratuities to Buyer’s employees, agents, or representatives for the purpose of securing favorable treatment under this contract.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. Subcontractor certifies that it is in compliance with the Anti-Kickback Act of 1986 (41 U.S.C. 51-58). (k)
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. The Anti-Kickback Act of 1986 was passed to deter contractors from making payments and contractors from accepting payments for the purpose of improperly obtaining or rewarding favorable treatment in connection with either a contract or subcontract relating to a prime contract. This provision is designed to ensure fair and equal competition among both prime and subcontractors. Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. All unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual’s employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. Subcontractor shall comply with the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (18 U.S.C. 276a to a-7) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR, Part 3). This Act provides that each consultant or Subcontractor shall be prohibited from inducing, by any means, any person employed in the construction, completion, or repair of a public work, to give up any part of the compensation to which that individual is otherwise entitled. Subcontractor shall report all suspected or reported violations to IFES.
ANTI-KICKBACK ACT. The terms of the Anti-Kickback Act of 1986, 41 U.S.C. §§ 51-58, its implementing regulations, and prime contract clauses associated with the Order shall apply to the provisions of Services hereunder, and Contractor shall not provide or attempt to provide any money, fee, commission, gift, gratuity, thing of value, or compensation of any kind directly or indirectly to PCE or any employee of PCE for the purpose of obtaining any Order from PCE;
