ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Licensee will comply with the Anti-Piracy Cooperation Practices set forth in Schedule D attached hereto and incorporated herein. In the event of Licensee’s breach of any of its obligations set forth in this Section 7, Licensor may, in addition to any and all other rights which it may have against Licensee, immediately terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to Licensee.
ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Distributor agrees report all occurrences of counterfeited, pirated or illegal Software of which it becomes aware and to provide reasonable assistance to COREL in the investigation of counterfeit, pirated or illegal Software.
ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Google will comply with the Anti-Piracy Cooperation practices set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein. In the event of Google’s breach of any of its obligations set forth in this Section 2.3, Provider may, in addition to any and all other rights which it may have against Google (if any), terminate this Agreement [with ten (10) business days prior written notice to Google.]
ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Interplay and VUG shall cooperate in all commercially reasonable ways in anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting efforts with respect to the Partner Products and all intellectual property associated therewith. Immediately upon discovery of any third-party infringement of such intellectual property, the discovering party shall notify the other party of such infringement, and the parties shall cooperate in prosecuting any action to stop or otherwise mitigate the infringement. Interplay agrees to cooperate with VUG's anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting efforts by: (a) using good faith efforts to obtain intellectual property registrations to the intellectual property rights owned by Interplay and relating to the Partner Products, as requested by VUG , (b) providing to VUG the name of a designated officer of Interplay who shall serve as Interplay's primary point of contact for cooperating with VUG in its anti-piracy efforts; and (c) causing such officer of Interplay to execute such additional documents as may be reasonably requested by VUG from time to time in connection with VUG's anti-piracy efforts with respect to the Partner Products.

ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Google will comply with the Anti-Piracy Cooperation practices set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein. In the event of Google’s breach of any of its obligations set forth in this Section 2.3, Provider and Google will discuss in good faith the causation of such breach by Google and potential remedies for such breach for at least a 48 hour period. After such time period, Provider may, , as its sole remedy for such breach, exercise its right to terminate for no cause under Section 12.2.
ANTI-PIRACY EFFORTS. Licensor hereby confirms that SPWA is authorized to protect the Picture worldwide on the Internet directly or through third party vendors or agents. Licensor hereby confirms that SPWA is authorized to cause filtering prior to posting and to remove pirated files of the Picture from Internet sites regardless of the location of the infringing site. If Licensor is not the owner and copyright claimant for the Picture or if Licensor is a joint owner and/or copyright claimant for the Picture, at SPWA’s request, from time to time, Licensor will obtain and provide written confirmation from all owners and/or copyright claimants to the Picture, as applicable, that SPWA is authorized to protect the Picture worldwide on the Internet as described above
