Apartment Condition. All apartments are rented in “as is” condition with the expectation that the Premises will be available to Tenant at the commencement of the lease term. On rare occasion, the outgoing Tenants have not fully prepared the Premises and Landlord agrees to prepare the Premises within a reasonable amount of time after Lease commencement with no further remuneration to the incoming Tenants. Time being of the essence as to completion of repairs or preparation does not apply to any delay beyond the Landlord's control.
Apartment Condition. In signing this lease, you agree that you have examined the apartment. You agree that you are satisfied with the physical condition of the apartment and that the apartment is in good order and repair. We have made you no promises as to the condition or repair of the apartment. Any complaints must be sent in writing to the Stamford office.
Apartment Condition. (A) The Intern shall maintain the room in a clean, safe, and undamaged condition at all times. Interns assigned to the room shall be jointly responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bathroom, and
Apartment Condition. Lessee shall, at the expiration or termination of this lease or any renewal thereof, surrender the leased premises in a good and clean condition, free and clear of all rubbish and debris, except for normal wear and tear, acts of God, or damage by casualty beyond the control of Lessee. LESSEE HEREBY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE CONDITION OF THE LEASED PREMISES 1.22 URBANA ORDINANCE UPON MOVE-IN IS NOT THE BASIS FOR THE CONDITION OF THE LEASED PREMISES UPON MOVE-OUT. LESSEE UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT LESSEE MUST FULLY CLEAN THE LEASED PREMISES UPON MOVE-OUT AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY CLEANING THAT THEY DO NOT COMPLETE. LESSEE ALSO UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE CONDITION OF THE LEASED PREMISES UPON POSSESSION IS NOT A BASIS FOR REQUESTING ANY REDUCTION IN CLEANING CHARGES THAT LESSEE MAY BE CHARGED UPON VACATING IN THE EVENT LESSEE DOES NOT LEAVE THE LEASED PREMISES IN A GOOD AND CLEAN CONDITION.
Apartment Condition. Xxxxxx agrees to keep the Apartment in a clean and sanitary condition and to comply with all applicable health laws with respect to the Apartment, and to save Landlord harmless from all fines, penalties, and costs for violations or non-compliance caused by the actions of Tenant. If any damage to the Apartment shall be caused by the acts or neglects of Tenant or Tenant's family members, guests, service person or any other person (other than Landlord) invited or permitted by Tenant to enter the Apartment, Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord, who shall make such repairs and charge the costs thereof to Tenant, and Tenant shall thereupon reimburse Landlord for the total cost of damages so caused within 10 days.

Tenant, Jointly & Severally date Tenant, Jointly & Severally date Tenant, Jointly & Severally date Agent date Equipment or Structure Failure In the unlikely event of equipment or structure failure, i.e., refrigerator, oven, air conditioner, roof, window, skylight, laundry equipment, Internet service, cable television service, etc., Landlord will make timely and reasonable efforts to repair such equipment or structure as possible during normal business hours. Air conditioners will be repaired outside of normal business hours only during times of extreme high temperatures and medical necessity subject to the availability of service personnel. Should there be any loss to Tenant’s possessions for any reason due to equipment or structure failure, reimbursement for such items’ loss shall be solely compensated via Tenant’s renters’ insurance coverage. Landlord assumes no responsibility for reimbursement of any of Tenant’s personal possessions, alternative lodging needs, or rental fee abatement as the result of equipment or structure failure.
Apartment Condition. You agree to keep the Apartment clean, safe and in good condition and leave the Apartment in the same condition you received it, subject to ordinary wear and tear. You agree to comply with the provisions in Section II(A) regarding Apartment condition when you move in and move out.
Apartment Condition. The student is responsible for keeping his/her room and contents in good condition. Periodic room inspections are conducted to encourage residents to maintain a healthy and clean living environment. Apartment cleanliness expectations are available in print in every apartment. The student is responsible for damages incurred after check-in, and fines for uncleanliness and cost of repair for damages will be assessed periodically at times of room inspections and check-out. Damages for which there is no identified responsible party will be divided among all apartment residents. Students are not permitted to modify the apartment in any way.
Apartment Condition. Xxxxxx accepts the apartment as is. Except as noted in writing to Landlord within 3 days of the start of tenancy, the Inspection Report, as a part of this Agreement, will conclusively determine the apartment's condition. Tenant will keep the apartment as clean and sanitary as it is now, and return it that condition, except for ordinary wear and tear (which does not include soilage), with all keys.
