Appeal of Leave Bank Committee Decisions. 8.18.7.1 Should the applicant disagree with the Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee’s denial of a request for leave, the applicant may appeal the decision to the DTA Executive Board whose decision shall be final. 8.18.7.2 Section 8.18 is not subject to the grievance procedure.
