Common use of – Appeal Through Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

– Appeal Through Grievance Procedure. Written Reprimands, Suspension, Demotion, and Discharge of an employee may be processed through the grievance procedure as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, provided that if no appeal is made of such disciplinary action within twenty-one (21) calendar days of occurrence, this right of appeal is waived. Discharge of an employee may be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
