APPENDICIES. 10.1. Annexure 1 | Quality Procedure & Undertaking Letter A. BEFORE YOU START 1) Read this QHSE contractor HSE requirements carefully and comply with all its content. 2) Sign the HSE Undertaking Letter attached and send back 3) Comply with: i. All applicable UAE Laws and other compliance obligations. ii. QHSE Project Requirement of the Client and Main Contractor. iii. EJADAH Integrated Management System and approved Project Quality Plan and Project HSE Plan 4) Attend the project Safety Induction after submitting all required documents, following the induction process / HSE Pre-Start Chart. 5) Attend the project Quality Induction. 6) Submit the method statement with Risk Assessment of the work/activity you will perform using approved Templates. 7) Submit your Pre-Qualification Documents & PQ Checklist. 8) Provide the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all hazardous chemicals. 9) Ensure that NO one enters the site without wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The Subcontractor is responsible for providing all PPE to its employees and supervising their use. 10) Ensure that its employees are aware of approved Method Statement and Risk Assessment of your work. 11) Ensure that all equipment have relevant valid Third-Party certificates prior to arrival on site and competency valid certificate/license of operators (where applicable). Follow below: i. Third Party Test Certificated for Plant/Equipment. ii. Arrange all power tools to get PAT tested and tagged prior to use on site. They shall be color- coded as per project requirements. 12) Ensure that its employees hold relevant competency certificates; Number of required trained to be attached – External Training. B. DURING YOUR WORK 1) Ensure that its employees attend all required site training (Tool Box Talks, HSE meeting, Site walks, and others). 2) Report all accidents/incidents/near misses/first aid injuries regardless of severity. Failure to do so shall result in action taken against the Subcontractor. 3) Follow Permit system as specified in the approved Project HSE plan. 4) Use approved material only. 5) Be responsible for keeping its own workplace tidy, collecting and dumping the waste material resulted from its work in the designated areas. 6) Follow the processes of clearance request, material and work inspection. 7) Follow the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and not to start a new activity/stage until the previous activity/stage is completed and approved. 8) Take the appropri...
