BOOKING CANCELLATION. 3.1 If a Client cancels a Professional Services booking the following cancellation fees will apply:
3.1.1 Less than 5 business days’ notice, 50% cancellation fee
3.1.2 Less than 2 business days’ notice, 100% cancellation fee
3.1.3 Cancellation fee will not exceed 5 days’ worth of consulting.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. If the Customer wishes to cancel their booking the Customer must notify Tennis Auckland in writing. If a notice of cancellation is received by Tennis Auckland:
(a) A 2% administration fee for the full price will apply if you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Event, which is due for payment within 14 days unless the invoice has already been paid, in which case a refund for the balance will be made within 14 days of Tennis Auckland receiving valid bank account details.
(b) If the customer cancels within 60 days of the Event then, if Tennis Auckland manage to resell the hospitality packages then a 2% administration fee will be deducted and the balance refunded, but if Tennis Auckland do not resell the hospitality packages then there is no refund due to the Customer.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. Once your booking is confirmed for Shining Stars and/or Rockets, cancellations require a minimum of 3 months’ notice given in writing to Xxxxxx Xxxx (xxxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxxx-xxxxxx- xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx), e.g. if your child is due to start in the Autumn term e.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. The hirer requires a booking fee of 20% of the value of the booking. This is adjusted against the cost of the hire. Bookings are only confirmed when paid for in full, which must be paid for at least 3 days before the hire commences or at the time of the booking (if less than 2 days). Cancellations 14 days or less, prior to the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking (min. £250.00). Cancellations 3 days or less, prior to hire date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking. Cancellations due to the hirer not meeting the Terms and Conditions set out here are the responsibility of the hirer and the lessor assumes no liability whatsoever unless stated otherwise.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. A. Booking cancellation policy

a) changes or free of cost cancellation are possible till 1 day before arrival, 12:00 local time
b) in case of no-show Xxxxxxxx Residence reserves right to not refund prepayment for the first night of every booked room or charge provided credit card for amount equal to the total cost of first night of every booked room

a) changes or free of cost cancellation are not possible
b) in case of no-show Xxxxxxxx Residence reserves right to not refund prepayment Additional cancellation policy may apply to special offers. Fee for cancellation will be deducted from payment according to rules above or from provided credit card. In order to make cancellation valid, written information is required.
B. Shortening stay
BOOKING CANCELLATION. Hirers who have been provided a confirmed booking/s are required to notify the Committee of Management of cancellation/s a minimum of 7 days prior to the confirmed hire date. Failure to provide this notification within 7 days will result in the hirer being invoiced the full hire fee as specified in the relevant hire fee schedule unless another hirer uses the facility/area during the hirers original cancelled hire period.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. Any cancellation made by the holidaymaker, for whatever reason, shall be in writing to Manor House Farm Cottages. You are liable to pay Manor House Farm Cottages the full rental agreed if you cancel your booking once you have paid your down payment, coronavirus being no excuse to cancel your booking. On receipt of such notice Manor House Farm Cottages shall endeavour to re- let the property for the entire period of the original booking. If Manor House Farm Cottages is successful in re-letting the property the holidaymaker shall be reimbursed all monies paid less the down payment and other expenses incurred by Manor House Farm Cottages in accepting a new booking, for example, if a discount has been deemed necessary in order to secure a replacement booking, this is on top of your down payment which will not be returned to you. We insist that you take out cancellation insurance.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. If the RENTER cancels a confirmed booking , the RENTER is liable for the full amount of the rent. If the OWNER is able to find another renter to assume this booking, the amount paid by the RENTER will be refunded, less a processing fee of $50.00. If the OWNER is unable to confirm or has to cancel a confirmed booking prior to the commencement of the Rental Period, all amounts paid by the RENTER shall be refunded in full to the RENTER, by the OWNER, and this agreement shall be deemed to be null and void.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. EUROP ASSISTANCE will reimburse up to the limit insured according to the booking deposit, and in any case no more than 2,000 euros, the costs for the cancellation of the reservation (referring only to the accommodation, unless the invoice also includes other items that cannot be separated out and in any case not covering tax, issue charges, insurance and any additional expense) as may be invoiced to the Insured Party in application of the general conditions of sale employed by the provider. The reservation must have been cancelled prior to the start of the stay, and the cancellation notified to the provider. This cover shall apply from the date on which the booking is formalised and shall end on the date accommodation starts or should start. It will only be valid if at least 72 hours have passed between when the policy is stipulated and when the event generating the cancellation takes place.
