Governing Law and Language This Framework Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and all communication between us and you during our contractual relationship shall be conducted in English.
Law and Language 22.1 The Agreement shall be construed and the provision of Card facilities shall be governed by Hong Kong law, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Language of the Agreement The language of this Agreement shall be English and the parties hereby waive, and agree that this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding any requirement that it be written in or translated into any language other than English. If, for any reason, this Agreement is translated into a language other than English, the English language version shall be controlling for all purposes.
Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations 31.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in the Republic of Cyprus.
Applicable Law and Arbitration This Agreement shall be subject to Swiss Law. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 11.1 The execution, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the PRC.
APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 25.1 This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force from time to time in the State of Israel.
Governing Law and General Provisions This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules.
